Information and Resources for Residents Regarding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Beginning with the November 10, 2020, Planning Commission meeting, public meetings may be conducted telephonically. All public meeting agendas will indicate whether meetings are open to the public or if the public should plan to participate telephonically. All meeting agendas are posted well in advance of the meeting on the City's website.
The City's Public Meeting webpage will also indicate which Commission, Committee, and Board meetings have been canceled and which will be available to watch live.
Telephonic Meeting Participation Instructions:
The public may view the City Council meeting live at the City’s website at http://sanjuancapistrano.org/Important-Links/City-Council-Archived-Meetings.
The public may submit agenda item correspondence to the City Council electronically. Material may be emailed to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit correspondence at least an hour prior to the start of the meeting.
The public may speak by telephone during the Oral Communication/Public Comment portion of the agenda by calling the public comment line at (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the meeting. Individuals will be placed in a queue until it is their time to speak. The public may also speak by requesting to be called during the meeting. To make this arrangement, please contact the City Clerk at least an hour prior to the meeting at email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org or (949) 443-6309.
**Commission, Committee and Board agendas will identify the staff contact to make these arraignments for each respective meeting.
