Information and Resources for Residents Regarding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In order to retain the ability to provide essential services to the community, the City of San Juan Capistrano has taken the step to reduce the potential exposure of COVID-19 to employees and the public. Effective Monday, March 16, City Hall, the Utilities Building, the Community Center and the Police Services administrative building ("Dance Hall") will be closed to the public until further notice. City employees will continue to conduct City business by phone and e-mail. The only change will be that the public will not have personal access to employees at City Hall. All field operations including police, fire, waste disposal, building inspections, street maintenance, parks maintenance, etc. will continue uninterrupted. Please contact City Hall at (949) 493-1171 or the City's dedicated COVID-19 webpage for instructions to continue accessing City services.
