Persons wishing to participate during the Oral Communication/Public Comment portion of the agenda may do so in person by attending the meeting or by calling the public comment line at (949) 493-1172 at the beginning of the meeting.  Individuals will be placed in a queue until it is their time to speak.  The public may also speak by requesting to be called during the meeting. To make this arrangement, please contact Tina Comontofski at least an hour prior to the meeting at (949) 443-6340 or tcomontofski@sanjuancapistrano.org.

 Agenda item correspondence can be submitted to the Commission electronically. Material may be emailed tcomontofski@sanjuancapistrano.org. Please submit correspondence at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting.
