OCFA Fire Station 7

OCFA's Station 7 is located at the corner of Del Obispo and Forster Lane housing Engine 7 and Medic 7. It is staffed by 5 career firefighters daily including a Fire Captain, an Engineer, a Firefighter, and two Paramedics. Station 7 also houses an active crew of volunteer Reserve Firefighters that staff Patrol 7.

Apparatus housed at station 7 include Engine 7, which is a Type 1 Structural Protection fire engine, with a water tank capacity of 500 gallons and a foam tank capacity of 10 gallons. Engine 307, which is a Type 3 Wildland firefighting engine, with a water tank capacity of 500 gallons and a foam tank capacity of 20 gallons. Engine 307 is cross staffed by station 7 personnel or used for surge capacity when major incidents break. Patrol 7 rounds out the firefighting apparatus at station 7 with a water tank capacity of 200 gallons and a foam tank capacity of 20 gallons. Water tender 7 supports our firefighting capability in the area providing an additional 1800 gallons of water as needed.
