City Council Meeting of November 6 Rescheduled to Monday, November 5

The City Council has rescheduled its regular meeting of Tuesday, November 6, to encourage voter participation in the November 6, 2018, General Election.  The meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, November 5, at 4:00 p.m. for Closed Session and 5:00 p.m. for public Business Session. 

The regular meetings of the Successor Agency and Housing Authority are also rescheduled for November 5 at 5:00 p.m.  Please contact the City Clerk’s office at (949) 493-1171 with any questions.

To access the agenda or the streaming webcast for tonight’s City Council meeting, please do not use any old links or bookmarks as the City has released an enhanced City website to improve overall user experience based on resident feedback.   Here is a link to tonight’s agenda and webcast: http://sanjuancapistrano.org/Government/Public-Meetings

 

Residents having difficulty accessing the new website may want to try resetting their cache or contact your internet provider’s technical support. 

 

 

The enhanced website now features streamlined navigation, phone and tablet compatibility, and better access to Council and Commission webcasts, recordings, and associated documents, modern community engagement and marketing automation technologies using MailChimp integrations, a simplified and updated approach to municipal information navigation, and improved branding.  At no additional cost to the City, this “spruced up” website will enable the City to more effectively communicate with and engage the public.  To receive notifications posted on the website about community events and projects, and to receive the City Manager’ Weekly Community Update, please subscribe on the City’s home page at http://sanjuancapistrano.org/
