Draft Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Available for Public Review

The City is currently in the process of revising its Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). The LHMP provides elected officials, public safety and City staff, and members of the public with information regarding the threats from natural and human-caused hazards in our community. The plan will also recommend specific actions to proactively mitigate these threats before disasters occur. The draft document is currently available to the public for a 30-day review and comment period that began on September 10, 2019.  An electronic version of the document is available here, and at the Office of the City Clerk located at 32400 Paseo Adelanto. For questions and to provide comments, please contact Lynn Mata, Emergency Services Manager at or (949) 443-6304.
