He brought his family to America after the war that they might have the opportunities this great nation had to offer. John became an American Citizen at the age of 18 and was the first in his family to graduate from college, thus realizing the dream of his parents.

John was a former Mayor of San Juan Capistrano in 2013 and served as a member of the city council from 2010 to 2014.

Along with leadership in outside agencies such as OC Vector Control, Toll Road Corridor Agency, OC Fire Authority, and Joint Powers Insurance Authority, John also served our community as:

President of the Rotary Club of San Juan Capistrano

President of San Juan Capistrano Little League

                AYSO Coach and Referee

                Little League Coach

Member of the Los Rios Review Committee

John is married to Marianne and has two children, Claire and Harrison and two Grandchildren. His hobbies are sailing, carpentry and restoring historic homes.

John is grateful to serve the people of San Juan Capistrano and hopes you will call him if you ever need assistance.
