Information and Resources for Residents Regarding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In order to retain the ability to provide essential services to the community, the City of San Juan Capistrano has taken the step to reduce the potential exposure of COVID-19 to employees and the public. Effective Monday, March 16, City Hall, the Utilities Building, the Community Center and the Police Services administrative building ("Dance Hall") will be closed to the public until further notice. All City employees will report to work as usual and conduct City business by phone and e-mail. The only change will be that the public will not have personal access to employees at City Hall. All field operations including police, fire, waste disposal, building inspections, street maintenance, parks maintenance, etc. will continue uninterrupted. Effective Monday, March 16, all Orange County Public Libraries will be closed through March 31.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley:
Effective Monday, March 16, the San Juan Capistrano Boys and Girls Club site located on Via Positiva is closed. For additional information, please visit their website.
